Life is full of opportunities to grow and evolve. Perhaps you feel the urge to do something just a little bit better for yourself: improve your health, develop in work or creativity, or other meaningful aspects of your life.
So you intend to do something right and good for yourself. Maybe you start, but never quite cross the finish line? Or (sometimes) the thought of making change, no matter how positive, shuts you down before you even start?
It’s easy to agree: committing to change and executing change are a world apart.
When there’s a lot of pressure, it can be hard to stick with something new. Maybe you’ve tried to make just one tiny change. Then life gets busy: the new habit is out the door and you’re back to square one. Or maybe a big change has happened, and you feel too overwhelmed to manage anything else.

- Fill out the online questionnaire, schedule calls
- Kick-off call, establish tiny habit goal and program begins
- End of Wk 1: Call/Zoom 1, up to 30 minutes
- End of Wk 2: Call/Zoom 1, up to 30 minutes.
- End of Wk 3: Wrap up & Celebrate Call/Zoom, 30 mins
